M.J. Design and Associates (2008 NFBA & BFBA) The development of this 2,632 square foot office/management facility carries the character of an original 1800’s era post and beam structure with all the warmth and charisma of current practice construction design. Highlighted exterior design features such as standing seam roofing, 4 gabled cupola, 2 dormers, and cultured stone wainscoat are coupled with multiple interior finishes to create era dated elements that are stunning and intriguing. The interior developments include seven different natural wood finishes, heavy timber appearances, rough sawn railings, and hand crafted furnishings. Not only does this new building look great, but it also supplies multiple levels of efficiency. The construction method with high insulation values creates high energy efficiency and the building layout supplies excellent personnel efficiency. |
