Flexibility

HBI post-frame buildings offer great flexibility. It’s easier and more cost-effective to add attractive design features (such as overhangs, steeper roof pitch, porches, etc.) to our buildings than to other types of construction. Plus, since our buildings don’t require interior supporting walls, you have wide-open space inside to configure however you want. Interior build out is easily achieved using wood framing.

Energy Efficiency

Add HBI’s energy efficiency package, and you’ll have a tight, comfortable building with lower energy costs. We use R-19 insulation in the walls and R-40 in the ceiling. Since wood framing transfers less heat than steel does, the entire wall system is more efficient.

Minimized Liability Risk

HBI is fully insured, including Worker’s Comp, General Liability coverage and is proud of our safety program. Our subcontractors are also required to be fully insured and must follow our safety program.

Affordable Quality

Despite the superior features in our product, HBI buildings are surprisingly affordable. While we may not be the least expensive option, an HBI building is sure to be your best value.
